Trunks saga he says it like "Kakarot, the one you call Goku" And one in the Viz manga, not sure if it's present in the anime or original manga. When Trunks loses to Cell he says that they should wait for Goku, Vegeta says something like "We don't need Goku" or "I will be the one to beat Cell, not Goku" Something along those lines but Goku was used for sure. The one in the Viz Manga still counts though :P He also apparently said it in the original Japanese manga when Goku powered up against Perfect Cell

Doubtful. I remembered the first few on the list, the one about the Viz manga (And maybe original?) I actually read not too long ago, so it was easy to remember :P The one about the Cell games was actually from Dragonball wiki.

Its what AT wanted, its where he officially ended his involvement. Made heros legacy and moved on. The fact is that vegeta has never called goku; goku. He's always called him kakarot.

In GT dr myu mentions goku and Vegeta stands up and says "did he just say Goku?!?" Also yeah in garlic junior saga, Vegeta is on some random planet and has just destroyed a lot of Frieza's soldiers, he tells them that 'A Saiyan by the name of Goku destroyed him" (in reference of Frieza)

At least not in the manga, but it has been awhile since I red the manga completely.
